Bob is absolutely fabulous! Super nice and welcomed us on his farm. The place is fantastic and his dogs are so cute and friendly playing with our little pup. It's the perfect place to go if you want some peace and quiet, excellent wine from the vineyards close by and head back to nature again! Loved it!

Accommodation was great, couldn't have asked for better. Bob was super considerate and friendly but not intrusive. The countryside viewed from our bed looked wonderful after rain. Quiet, private, lovely poultry and fresh eggs for breakfast. The 2 pooches Coco & Peppie were delightful and well behaved....Very restful stay. Would come again.

Our Farm stay was the highlight of our holiday, this place is a real treasure! Feeding the chickens and being face to face with the most beautiful array of animals, which were so well cared for was such a joy. Bob made us feel very welcome and was a wealth of information, we really can’t wait to return. The cottage is very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could possibly need and it was impeccably clean. The kitchen is very well set up and little extra’s like the fresh eggs straight from the farm were delicious and such a lovely touch, as were all the other amenities of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, lovely toiletries. I highly recommend a visit to Lismar Cottage, it’s a world away, but really just a short drive to Mudgee and the local wineries.

Bob was fantastic! Welcoming, warm and full of information about his beautiful farm. Nothing was too much trouble. The fact that it poured with rain during our stay and that we still had a blast says everything about this lovely location and lovely couple. Would recommend Lismar Lodge to anyone looking for an escape from the city.

We had fun on the farm and enjoyed the birds, blue wrens as well as farmyard varieties. Bob is very friendly ad helpful. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. It is a terrific location to work from to visit the local area - National Parks, wineries, small historic towns spread around Mudgee, and Mudgee itself.

Bob's cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean and fantastic to wind down and watch the sunset from the deck. He made sure we had everything we needed including farm fresh eggs for our mornings. And it's so close to the wineries and the town centre. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to stay here again. Thanks Bob!

Panorama Lodge was everything Bob advertised it to be and more. After spending a long day enjoying local wineries it was lovely to be able to retreat back to the lodge and watch the sun go down and the sheep graze. Perfect for all ages and your lovable pet too.
